Returns

• You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

• Hygiene-related products must be thoroughly cleaned before return.

Non-returnable items:

• Underwear, lingerie, tights, and certain personal care items due to hygiene reasons.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@lunaira.nl with:

• Your order number

• Reason for return

• Photo of the product (if damaged)

• Your contact details

Note: Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email of approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping.

• We recommend tracked shipping, as Lunaira is not responsible for lost packages.

• If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we will send a replacement free of charge.

• If the issue persists after a second shipment, you will receive a full refund.

• Shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • Netherlands & Belgium: 2–5 business days

  • International: 5–14 business days
